Max founded Lardum Advisory after a decade of helping organisations navigate technology-driven change. His career spans enterprise consulting, product leadership, and hands-on AI implementation across financial services, healthcare, and professional services.
Before Lardum, Max led AI adoption initiatives at organisations ranging from FTSE 100 companies to high-growth startups. He saw firsthand why most AI pilots fail to scale: not because of technology limitations, but because of the gap between deployment and adoption.
This observation—that AI implementation is 20% technology and 80% change management—became the foundation of Lardum Advisory's approach.
